Let yourself be loved for exactly who you are - let every flaw fall to the side, your feeling of being unattractive does not matter, nor can you carry the feeling that you have not accomplished the large or the small.
You must simply believe that you cannot hide any piece of you that is broken, nor carry the feeling that another is without the capability of loving someone that must be less than perfect. You have to believe that a light may enter a window, break through its hold, and brighten the room you are in.
