Ernie figured that as a Hampshire pig he was quite the thing to see, all black and white and black, and that no one should mistake him for any other breed that may come waddling down the lane. His eyes open, him grunting with every step that each foot took, like ballerina slippers on the sea of a stage, proudly making him be the pig he had become.
Clara was brought by, her tiny frame just a bit of Ernie's self, she stays close beside his front left leg, and made little piglet sounds with every double step of her tiny frame, and made Ernie's day much brighter.
Keeping with tradition of the holiday, Ernie and Clara, have done their absolute best to set the tone for the two carefree pigs of Nowata county, by fixing and wearing a full set of tail feathers; of the turkey that walked to close to the cook, preparing the afternoons meal.
