The barn stands like a silent watchman, the hat pulled down tight, the shoes of stone as hard as the day they were set,
the coat was pulled tight, the peaked holes showing at his chest,
the boards a little worse for wear,
the pocket torn open, but as the one in charge, of keeping things whole,
he continued to do the good job, and kept the farm running well, and monitored each visitor through the gate.
