The crowd sitting and facing south,
The leaders of the group, seated and facing north,
The eastern board of the sand and rock, barley covered by the brisk snow,
The sky, almost as pure of blue, as it allows.
They sit and hold their robes about them saying, only in a whisper,
“If man knew to sit, consider, and bring life to surround him,
rather than trying to surround the life that is around him, how much peace would he know?”
