“So you see Small Tree, we are out here on the plains, where we, I’m sorry, where I can see for miles and miles, and keep tabs over this stretch of land, that we know is all ours.” said the bigger tree to the smaller one, “And someday you will get to see it all.”
“But now, I get to stand here in your shade, and rest, and clear my head.” replies the small tree, “I can see everything now, that I am tall enough to see.”
