Nanci Griffith sang it in a song. The pitch perfect tune that only she could carry, would make you feel like you like you heard it for the first time, every time, you heard it played again.
"Just once, in a very blue moon,
and I feel one coming on soon."
The softness of the words, her looks out at the audience so simple and full, the chorus line brought up to remind you, the full depth of her singing the song, as much as could be handled. She was about my age, lost to cancers coil, but leaving her mark on the world.
"Just once, in a very blue moon, and I feel one coming on soon."
