How far across time can we see, the space above us we can see for thousands or hundreds of thousands of years.
The darkness in the night we can see to just the edge of where our souls can rest.
In the brilliance of day, with the sun and the refraction of light, with the clouds moving across the sky, and the wind pouring itself through the prairie grasses, we can see forever.
