You Should Look

I know son that there is plenty of playing that you want to do today, but I thought it best that we take just a minute and look over the Kingdom here. Now you can have fun, I expect you to have fun, but keeping this play in tow and order, keeping your toes, all three at the front and the one at the back, up, ready and willing to do those jobs we are set toe do. Sorry, set TO do, and I know, yes I know, that your wearing the bright yellow mud boots just like me, which helps us on this Kingdom grounds of making our way when the water stands a little.

Yes sir, there are plenty of egg laying chickens here, and there are things that we must do: scratch hard, chase the farmers kids, squeak and squawk at the right times and the right pitches , intimidate those who are bigger than us, look as innocent as we can, and then, POW, be as formidable and unrelenting as we can be, and shake those hens free from the grips of those with ill intent!

Yes sir, I realize that we are obligated to wear these red hats, awful things that get in the way of my comb, but son, do your best, be tough, be proud, be the rooster we all know you can be!
